The Silicon Valley Defense Group (SVDG) would like to congratulate Harvard Business School’s Aerospace & Aviation Club and MIT Sloan’s Defense Technology Club for hosting an incredible conference in Cambridge, MA. The conference featured opening remarks by Ash Carter, 25th Secretary of Defense, and 35th Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks, which can be read here. Hundreds of students and national security professionals gathered on the campus of Harvard Business School to hear from the nation’s top technology and national security leaders. Panelists included Congressman Mike Gallagher, Undersecretary of Defense for Research & Engineering Heidi Shyu, Josh Wolfe (Founder & Managing Partner of Lux Capital), and DIU Director Mike Brown, amongst many others.
